Licia Last Z – Skills, Gear & Formation Guide
Licia is the Blood Rose Season 3 hero in Last Z, and she belongs in the “max everything” category. Unlike heroes where only the third skill matters, Licia returns value across all four skills at every star breakpoint. The reason is what her kit unlocks in combination with Bella: damage resistance, the rarest and most impactful defensive stat available to Blood Rose accounts.
Skill Priority
Her third skill is the first upgrade priority. It grants up to +90 flat troop capacity and scales hero attack and defense by up to 20% — flat additions on top of existing stats, not percentage-on-base improvements. This skill should be treated as a sustained investment across every star breakpoint.
Her fourth skill is the second priority, but it only triggers when Licia is deployed alongside Bella in the same formation. That pairing grants Assaulter units 7.5% damage resistance — a stat unobtainable from gear, research, or building upgrades at competitive levels. The fourth skill should be pushed alongside the third if Bella is already built; otherwise, the full return waits until the pairing is in place.
The first and second skills are developed in parallel after the third and fourth are at a strong level. Licia is an attack-type hero, and her active skills contribute real DPS — not negligible utility. Investing in them keeps her viable as a back-row damage dealer.
