Quest and Dungeon Progression Fixes
Several quests and strongholds had progression-blocking issues that have now been resolved. For example, tracking indicators during the Fortune’s Fool quest no longer disappear after teleporting away and back, and a missing bridge in the Death quest has been restored. In the Nahantu side quest Scales of History, Elixirs are now obtainable, preventing a dead end. Additional quest fixes cover the Sigil of Tal Rasha interaction during The Initiate, invisible Siege Towers in Smothered Flame, and the Beast of Thorns in A Devil in the Garden jumping to unreachable areas. In the Cosmic Archives Stronghold, progression can no longer be blocked by enemies slain far from the encounter or by prolonged player absence. The Wretched Delve boss arena fog wall also no longer spawns prematurely.
War Plan and Nightmare Dungeon Fixes
Nightmare Dungeon and War Plan interactions have been corrected. The Amalgam of Rage boss can no longer be infinitely summoned via certain War Plan selections, and a specific node that caused infinite Goblin spawns has been fixed. The Duriel’s Invasion War Plan now correctly awards Grim Favors upon defeating Duriel when it replaces the Blood Maiden. Additionally, if party members have the Choron’s Soul and Choron’s Flesh modifiers active, the Artificer’s Obelisk at the end of a Pit run will spawn as intended.
